Upload clear views and include maker marks, dimensions, condition, property location, improvements, defects, or comparable links. For real estate, an optional home-inspection PDF can be added. The document is processed in the background; scanned pages are read by the dedicated MacBook document model when that route is configured.

3. Ask the appraisal team

Choose your appraisal agents and response depth, explain what you want valued or identified, then select Appraise This.

4. Review, verify, and continue

Review the value range, assumptions, and missing evidence. Ask follow-ups, save useful appraisals, and independently verify important conclusions.
